Yes! Our interactive live sessions are delivered by trained tutors who guide their students effectively through personalized online tutoring. You will receive a feedback from the tutor after each session about what transpired during the session, the lesson that was tackled and also feedback on the student's performance so parents can remain updated about their child’s progress.

After completing the enrollment details and upon confirmation of payment, an official KOMuM group chat will be created to formally introduce the teacher to you. The official group chat is where the the teacher will coordinate with you regarding meeting links, lesson plans, and session feedbacks. You may also send in the group chat any school related materials you wish the teacher to use during their sessions.  The group chat is also our 24/7 support that we provide to each client.

You and your child will also have an account in our web-based KOMuM App. All reports about the sessions and feedbacks are recorded in this app so you can remain updated all the time.

Once a cycle is almost complete, we will provide you with an invoice with payment details for easy renewal of the sessions.

Your allotted tutorial schedule with your teacher will be forfeited and will be opened up for booking to another student. You may still renew but it will now be subject to the next available schedule of the teacher.
