Thank you for trusting KOMuM as your partner in assisting in the education of your child/children. As your partner in education, we value quality service and your safety and security in terms of payment to the tutors.  By booking tutorial services from KOMuM, we ensure: 

Quality of teaching service - Through our exclusive official group chats, you can monitor actual sessions accomplished, communicate requirements, provide 360 feedback, and I myself can monitor activities and provide assistance. 

Backup teachers -  In case your teacher have gone AWOL, or if you simply would like to have a different teacher assigned to your child for whatever reason, we have a vast selection of tutors that can carry on the job from which you can choose from. 

Safety and security in payment to tutors - Our tutors are paid on the actual number of hours accomplished in a week.  Payment to teachers are only made after a service has been rendered. With this, your advance payments are safe and intact with us. Should you wish to refund your payment for whatever reason, your unspent sessions can be credited back to you.        

Since tutorials are held online, we are responsible to you as our valued client. Hence, the tutors must do their duties to your child/children. Quality and safety is our Value Proposition. It is the policy of KOMuM that all payments must be coursed through us. KOMuM will not be held liable for non-appearance of the tutors when you pay directly to them thereby the risk of non-refund is high.
