Dr. Nenita D. Tandingan is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas of Legaspi formerly Aquinas University of Legaspi, Legaspi City, with the degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Biology and minor in English. To complete the units in English as major, she enrolled at Pasig Catholic College. She finished her Master of Arts major in Educational Management at the University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City and her Doctor of Education major in Educational Management at the National Teachers College with an Academic Excellence Award. She taught Biology and English at Pasig Catholic College from 1973-1978; and from 1986-1990. She was the former Dean of Discipline (1990-1995); Assistant Principal (1995-1997); Principal (2001-2003); Coordinator of the Institute for Continuing Education (2003-2005), and Vice President for Research Planning and Development (2005-2008) in the same institution. She is a regular Certificate in Teaching (CTP) lecturer and LET reviewer. She conducts seminars and workshops both for teachers and parents in various PaDSS schools and other private and public schools in Metro Manila. She has conducted various researches in education and published research journals both in the graduate and undergraduate school. She is the Coordinator of the REX Book Series- Connections: English Skills Interated with Values for Grades 7-10. Right now, she teaches part-time in the undergraduate and graduate school at the Rizal Technological University. She is also a part-time professor in the graduate studies at La Consolacion University of the Philippines, Malolos campus. She is currently the research consultant at Pateros Catholic School and the academic consultant at the Pasig Community School.
